In 2014, The Public Policy for Innovation Initiative (PPi or Two Pi) was created and organized in partnership with the American University's School of Public Affairs in Washington, D.C. The Initiative consists of fellows, an advisory board, and a general membership, and is devoted to the examination of public policies that promote innovation through science and technology, both on Earth and beyond.
